24/7 GP Access For Your Team
We offer GP Access across all four levels of our business health insurance. You can easily get a GP consultation by phone or by video call within a few hours of requesting one.
Our GP service is provided by the UK’s leading consultation service Health Hero, which you can access through our app or the online portal.
Levels 3, 2 and 1 include an ‘Open Referral’ which means if the GP thinks you may need a referral to a specialist, you simply contact AXA Health, who will confirm cover and help organise the referral.
Within our GP Service, you can also pay for private prescriptions to be delivered to your home, work or local pharmacy.
