Life Insurance pays an employee’s dependents or beneficiaries a lump sum if they were to die unexpectedly, allowing staff to have the reassurance that those closest to them will be looked after if the worst were to happen.

All your employees will be covered as part of the policy and can either be covered for a multiple of their salary (typically 2x or 4x basic salary), or for a lump sum life insurance benefit of £50,000 or £100,000.

All policies also include a free Employee Assistance Programme, which is available via telephone, or online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition, we also include access to bereavement support for family and colleagues.

Simply choose your plan, add your employees, choose the level of cover then select to add optional benefits.

You can then fine-tune your plan, employees can upgrade and add their partner/children to the plan, in a 21-day window.

Once the plan starts, access your plan benefits through our app or portal.
